When I first blasted him on social media Nov 13, 2021. I had probably $24 in my bank. He was furious, but not furious enough to ask me to keep working, send stuff out for him and he would pay me back until he figured out what to do between us and J. Why would he? Me working for him out money in his pockets. What he oblivious and doesnt realize is when Bank of America shut down our bank accounts, he havent been paying for all the inventory i have on my side. Plus he was out of money due to Dorado, PR move. He borrowed money from 2 different investor, one is Ari Kresch another is some crypto/investor that he met in Dorado.
Nov – He still owes me $67k. Dec – was $70K. I kept all the shipping labels, tracking log and customer list of everything that was sent out on my end. He thinks that he can get away with not paying me. I let it go for 45 days to see what he does. Not surprise, never heard from him. To the world that he lives in that money is not a lot. But to me, that is 6 months of my personal burn rate. I refuse to go into debt for him and I refuse to get screwed/fuck over again by Tommy Wang. I sent him 2 emails. He only paid for the month of Dec. Nov is still in default.
