I never met the guy. I only heard of him through Tommy. He’s an investor that own 1800LawFirm. He run ads to get leads and that how he makes his money. Our first trip to PR in March 2021, to see if we are able to live and move there. He met up with Ari twice during that trip. Ari told Tommy he will introduce Tommy to everyone. One was for a social event that was held in Dorado, PR, where Tommy was in love with all the top 1% there and how everything was clean with the upper class. The rest of PR was too ghetto or too poor for him to be associated with. Another was dinner, where they ate $10 street tacos. Tommy was expecting a fancy dinner restaurant, because after all, Ari was a rich investor and that how things should be. #shallow Throughout the trip, he kept on saying how he doesnt vibes with Ari and called him a “Ghetto Jew” He didnt like the facts that Ari lives or do business in part of town that is “consider poor/ghetto”, Condado, where all the tourist go. Tommy doesnt want to associated or even look for a place anywhere else in Puerto Rico, unless it’s in the Dorado’s Bubble. Not even the normal Dorado, PR where he can financially afford it without going into debt again. Throughout the time that we were there to visit to where he moved to PR, Ari always called him up to get together and do something. Tommy already doesnt vibes with him and talk how Ari hang out or do business with rug rats, hood rats and talks ghetto, not like the traditional investor. However, he have to be nice and play nice because Ari is an investor and also loan him some money.
That’s how shallow Tommy is, even after Ari go out of his way to be a friend and loan him $1m with interest. Not to mention how racist of a remark to call a Jew, GHETTO.
